What is your return policy?
Our products should meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit or a refund of the merchandise total, whichever you prefer. Shipping fees are not refundable.
When returning merchandise, please complete the return request form along with the item(s). Call us for a return authorization, to be included on the form, and a shipping address. Orders that have been personalized can not be returned for a refund. No refund will be given without prior authorization.
When will my order be shipped out?
Orders are processed within 2 business days.
