This site allows customers to use it in 2 different ways.
1. You may choose not to register and your order information will not be kept for future visits; or
2. You may become a registered user and have access to additional features such as wish list, newsletter, special discounts, product updates, etc.

Shipping
In-stock orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of receipt of order. If any item is backordered, we will notify you immediately and give you the estimated delivery date. Please allow 5-7 working days to receive your order. Standard shipping is UPS Ground. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes! If a P.O. Box must be used, your order will ship via US Postal Service. NOTE: Liquids and fertilizers WILL NOT be shipped outside the continental USA.

 

 

International orders do not calculate shipping at checkout. Once we receive your order we will calculate and email the costs to determine final processing.  If we do not receive confirmation and/or payment within two weeks of email, we will cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Credit Cards Accepted
Please note that we accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, & Visa. Gardening Warehouse Direct uses credit card numbers submitted to us through our website for payment purposes only and not for marketing purposes. We utilize Industry Standard Secure Encryption Technology to assure the privacy and security of the credit card numbers of anyone who places online orders with us. Orders may also be phoned in to (817) 275-6554. 

Checks and Money Orders Accepted
We understand that many people prefer not to use credit cards. To order any of our products by mail simply print out and complete our mail in form and include payment by check or money order. Please DO NOT send cash.

Taxes
We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is the state of Texas. Rate is 8.0%. Sales tax will be collected on any orders shipped to Texas residents.

Warranties
Product warranties are honored by the manufacturers. Product that requires warranty service must be sent to the manufacturer. Call us directly at (817) 275-6554 if you need assistance.

Return Policies
Our products should meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit or a refund of the merchandise total, whichever you prefer. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Merchandise must be returned, with a copy of your original receipt, before refund or replacement is given. Call (817) 275-6554 for a return authorization number and a return shipping address. Customer orders that have been personalized CAN NOT be returned for a refund. No refund will be given without prior authorization. Product covered under manufacturer's warranty should be sent directly to the manufacturer for service.

Order Cancellation Policies
