I want to express my appreciation for the prompt and unquestioned refund issued to my account for a greatly defective large wooden spindle dog gate. My horrified surprise at the item falling apart was completely mitigated by the courteous, prompt, and efficient service I received and the immediate credit to my account.

If you require return of the remains of the gate, or photos, please advise and I will accommodate. Nearly all spindles have fallen out and, since they are not straight, it is impossible to replace and secure them.
